Partnership with Argotic Syndication Framework
Following to our partnership with other projects including NDepend, BlogEngine.NET and Subtext, now I'm pleased to announced our fourth partnership with another .NET project which is Argotic Syndication Framework.
Argotic Syndication Framework is an open source project licensed under The MIT License and leading by Brian Kuhn.
Argotic is a framework to work with common syndication formats like RSS, Atom, OPML, APML, RSD and 19 most common syndication extensions like Apple iTunes, LiveJournal, Microsoft FeedSync, Pingback and Trackback. There have been several versions for this project to now but the most recent version is 2008.0 which supports BlogML 2.0 out of the box and was released this Wednesday.
We're so happy to see BlogML along other famous formats in this framework and are also so happy to see that there is such an integrated framework to work with these formats. Brian and his team have done a great job on this framework that we appreciate it.
A few days ago we decided to start this partnership which would let us get benefits from it. You would see more from this partnership and its side-effects in the future.
