Is BlogML Tied to .NET Platform?

No, not at all! This is a wrong consideration from some people who think that BlogML is tied to .NET platform. BlogML is an XML format and has its own specification that can be implemented for all development platforms.

However, as we (creators of BlogML) are .NET developers, created a rich library for .NET platform to work with BlogML but this doesn't mean that BlogML is only for .NET. There are some tools created for other technologies including PHP.
