What is a BlogML Tool?

A BlogML tool is actually a converter designed specifically for a blogging engine and is able to export the content of that blog engine into BlogML format or import BlogML content to that blogging engine.

We consider a tool as a BlogML tool under two conditions:

• The tool should have both import and export tools for a blogging engine. However, due to limitations of some online services like Blogger or Live Spaces and content publishing formats like RSS, we may have some exceptions.
• The tool must work with a valid BlogML file against appropriate BlogML schema.

Even though we have the first consideration but there are many import to export tools created as an standalone tool. However, we respect to the work that is done by their developers and support and encourage them to help our users.
